How does the Old Testament apply to Christians

In this session we will dive into the Old Testament for a bit.  Often it can be difficult as New Testament Christians to know when to apply the Old Testament to our lives.  Obviously we don't do animal sacrifices and things like that, but what parts of the Old Testament still apply to us?
